Notice is hereby given that the Town of Verona Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board will hold a Joint Public Hearing on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 7:15 PM at the Town Office Building, 6600 Germany Road, Durhamville, New York. Requestor: Kenneth Brewer, 5345 Tilden Hill Road, for a special permit for Outdoor and Indoor Recreation (Participant and Spectator) from the ZBA and a 2-Lot Subdivision from the Planning Board. All interested parties will be heard at this time.
